14        MOUNTAIN AND MOORLAND (Ridden) native ponies to be shown in their natural state.

           

BARKER-SCHOFIELD PERPETUAL CHALLENGE CUP for the Winner

 

Horses and Ponies in Classes 15-18 may be required to perform simple tasks to prove they are fit for purpose.

 

15        LEADING REIN PONY not exceeding 14.2hh, suitable for and ridden by a child 8 years or under.

HERBIE PERPETUAL TROPHY donated by George Southcombe for the Best Local Exhibit

 

16      IN HAND DARTMOOR HILL OR HERITAGE PONY.

If there are sufficient entries, this class may be separated into two classes – Hill Ponies and Heritage Ponies.

 

17      BEST CHILD’S PONY OR HORSE to be ridden by a Child aged 16 years or under, no lead reins.
