PLEASE NOTE – Revised Deadline for Cattle, Sheep and Equestrian Entries 2017
Due to technical issues with our online form submission, this year we have extended the deadline for entries until Fri 1st Sept. This is to allow postage time for those of you without scanners etc. There are two ways forms can be submitted:
a) Print, complete and scan the form, then email to either firstname.lastname@example.org, OR email@example.com.
b) Print, complete and post the form to the relevant address (these are at the bottom of the form).
Any extraordinary queries, please contact the relevant Agricultural Secretary using the phone number at the bottom of the entry form.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
COMPETITORS SHOULD NOTE THAT THE ONE-WAY TRAFFIC SYSTEM STARTS AT THE LATER TIME OF 9.00AM AND THE VILLAGE CENTRE IS THEN CLOSED TO TRAFFIC UNTIL 6.00PM. EXIT FROM THE FAIR FIELD IS NOT PERMITTED UNTIL THE CONCLUSION OF THE UNCLE TOM COBLEY NOVELTY RACE FOR SAFETY REASONS

For those wishing to return entry forms online, please email completed forms to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, as applicable. For those paying by BACS, details are included on your entry form. When paying by BACS please use your surname as Reference.
Perpetual Challenge Cups cannot be won outright. Other Challenge Cups to be won three times in succession, or any four times, before becoming the actual property of the winners.
Present holders are requested to return Cups and Trophies by Saturday 22nd July 2017

‘LOCAL’ shall be deemed to mean that the owner lives in the parishes served by “The Parish Link” or Buckland-in-the-Moor at the closing date of entry. For Local Riding Classes, children attending Widecombe School will be eligible.
